“I went to Dr. Eleanor Chan, for an ongoing ear infection in 2016. I ended up having surgery to remove eroded tissue and repair my ear canal. She was very caring, gentle and gave detail information so I could understand. She did an exceptional job on the surgery. I felt no pain following the surgery, unless I laid on that side of my head. It was a pretty quick recovery, also. Currently, Oct, 2020, I need surgery again because I have some damage to the tissue inside the same ear. I may have possibly caused by using q-tips. Not really sure but I will be getting a ct scan ,but, once again, Dr. Chan, was caring, informative. She is very professional, kind and confident and I trust her 100%. Even the entire staff and anyone I have spoken to on the phone, are wonderful to deal with.” K.A.
